Treebrook Farm is located on ten beautiful acres in Southern Idaho. The verdant beauty of our farm drinks from the Rocky-Mountain tributary, the Payette River. At first glance, a small, white cottage on a hill overlooks lush meadows and manicured gardens.
Visitors are greeted with barks from our herding dogs, and free-range chickens may be seen settling beneath the shady hedgerows. Treebrook’s beautiful white meat goats will be ruminating on the hill just beyond. For those who stop to visit, the canopies of our majestic maple trees provide a shady relief. We enjoy sipping home-made tea and listening to the distinctive pip of the quail, the flight of the kill deer and the flurry of the wild pheasant’s wings.
Life at Treebrook Farm is truly a slice of heaven on earth. It is our goal at Treebrook Farm to steward the resources of our homestead and share His blessings with friends, old and new. It is in this spirit that we welcome friends to Treebrook Farm.
Lucas and Elysse Baumbach, the proprietors, chose to raise their family embracing a slower pace of life (i.e. days filled with hard work and bountiful harvest). Lucas’ Ivy-League education in plant science paired with Elysse’s passion for preparing and preserving healthy foods ensure that the agricultural ventures of Treebrook Farm will be enjoyed by many!
We are an all-natural farm. We use only OMRI (organic) approved methods. We like to think of our farm as beyond organic, because we seek to use practices that enrich the land, instead of depleting it. Treebrook Farm aims to be an all-season farm. In the spring we focus on garden starts and early season veggies to get our customers a jump-start on eating healthy, after the supplies of winter have dwindled. We sell farm-fresh eggs and all-natural, grass-fed beef. We have savannah goats for what some nutritionists call the healthiest red meat money can buy.

The name of our farm is a literal translation of our last name, which in German is Baumbach. We believe in the tree of life and in the water that flows abundantly and quenches thirst eternally.
Blessed is the man
who walks not in the counsel of the wicked,
nor stands in the way of sinners,
nor sits in the seat of scoffers;
but his delight is in the law of the Lord,
and on his law he meditates day and night.
He is like a tree
planted by streams of water
that yields its fruit in its season,
and its leaf does not wither.
